A buffer landscaping and privacy fence shall be <br />maintained in good repair along the side yard adjacent to <br />1950 Shoreline Drive. Landscaping materials shall be <br />replaced as needed or required by the City, and said privacy <br />fence shall be maintained in good repair. <br />7. That no plantings shall be placed within County right- <br />of-way or grassed buffer area adjacent to Spates Avenue and <br />Shoreline Drive. <br />8. That applicant work with City to pro^'ide and maintain <br />appropriate natural screening adjacent to lift station and <br />within rear yard. <br />9. That applicant provide approved parking pursuant to <br />Parking Site Plan, herein incorporated as Exhibit A, to <br />provide eight passenger vehicle parking stalls and seven <br />spaces for boats as follows: <br />A. Spaces 1 thorugh 4 limited to boats not in excess <br />of 25 feet - no masts to be installed; and <br />B. Spaces 5 through 7 limited to boats not in excess <br />of 20 feet - no masts to be installed. <br />10. That signage shall comply with City ordinances. <br />Lighting shall be shielded from all lot lines. Fire lane <br />shall be posted with signage approved by the City on east <br />side of buiIding. <br />11. That authorities granted by this conditional use permit <br />run with the property, not with the applicant, but are <br />permissive only and must be exercised by <br />April 22, 1992, or this conditional use permit will expire <br />on said date. <br />13.
