The proposed sign is consistent with other signs approved <br />for church user. <br />2. The sign will not interfere with the functioning of <br />traffic signals or signage nor pose hazards for users of <br />public roadway. <br />3. The church has had a sign in excess of required standards <br />within the street yard for several years without any reports <br />of problems. <br />4.
