Location of the proposed addition to the west side of <br />the existing house as a result of hardships to other <br />locations due to steep slopes, existing trees, drainage, and <br />location of the well. <br />2. The house was constructed prior to the recent "Riedel's <br />Stubbs Bay Addition" subdivision which did not anticipate a <br />westward expansion of this house, and which created the lot <br />line just west of the house to maintain a 2 acre lot size in <br />the westerly lot.4
