The addition <br />incorporates decks which do not encroach on any required setbacks <br />in the locations proposed (the deck along the south lot line is <br />not i^onsidered an encroachment because it extends from the main <br />floor of the house). <br />The affected neighbors residence to the south is uphill, hence <br />there should be relatively little impact on air, sunlight or open <br />space etc. We have received no comments from the neighbor to the <br />south.
