"Dwelling" - A building or one or more portions <br />thereof designed or intended to be occupied exclusively for <br />residence purposes, but not including rooms in motels, hotels, <br />nursing homes, boardinghouses, nor trailers, tents, cabins, or <br />trailer coaches. A dwelling shall not be interpreted to include lodging rooms. <br />20. "Dwelling-Attached" - A dwelling which is joined to another <br />dwelling at one or more sides by a party wall or walls. <br />21. "Dwelling-Detached" - A dwelling which is entirely surrounded <br />by open space on the same lot. <br />22. "Family" - An individual, or two or more persons each related <br />by blood, marriage or adoption, living together as a single <br />ousekeeping unit; or a group of not more than four persons not <br />so related, maintaining a common household. <br />23. "Family Dwelling-Multiple" - Any structure made up of two or more attached dwellings.
