i
Zoning File #1037
June 12, 1986
Discussion
The City Engineer has reviewed this project and verbally
expressed that he sees no benefit as far as run-off and sediment
retention is concerned. If this project is approved, erosion
protection measures would be critical, as there is a high
potential for erosion into the lake as a result. The Engineer's
written comments have not been received as of this writing.
The applicant has not demonstrated any hardship or presented
any case in support of his application. You should request
applicant to explain the reasons for his proposal and perhaps
bring forth any hardships to the property which have escaped this
review.
Staff Reccunaendation
Pending receipt of City Engineer's written comments, but as
of this writing finding no demonstrated hardship nor benefit to
the quality or quantity of run-off to the lake, staff fails to
find justification for approval of the conditional use permit and
variance request.
-i"
