Dedication of right-of-way for Old Crystal Bay Road and <br />Watertown Road. <br />2. Creation of a 25 foot wide outlot along northern lot <br />line Lot 2 to serve as part of a future road to connect <br />to th'i north or east of the subject property. <br />3.
