.Board of Commissioners <br />August 5, 1985 <br />Page Two <br />r <br />7.Phase II of the master plan per the cost estimate of 5 August should <br />proceed only when earned income exceeds maintenance costs annually. <br />When an improvement item is commenced, it should also include work <br />from other Items that makes it possible for the item In question to <br />become a completed entity. <br />8. Phase III Is too far in the future for the committee to react at this time. <br />9.The land north of Highway 51 should be kept undeveloped until a <br />master plan is devised. Perhaps it is proper to appoint another <br />citizen's committee to advise on that parcel when timely to do so. <br />10.The committee commends the Park Reserve staff for its excellent <br />cooperation, planning, and execution.
