RESOLUTIO.'I NO. 84- 31 L. <br />RESOLUTION OF THE EXCELSIOR CITY COUNCIL GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT TO ALLOW AND PERMIT PROPERTY AT 201 MILL STREET TO BE USED <br />AS A BED AND BREAKFAST INN <br />WHEREAS, the City of Excelsior has received an application <br />for a conditional use permit to allow and permit property <br />described as <br />Lots 1 through 8, Wilcox Subdivision <br />Lot 62 and part of Lot 64, Auditor's <br />Subd. 120 <br />to be used as a bed and breakfast inn limited to not more <br />than 10 guest rooms, and <br />WHEREAS, a published notice or hearing of said application <br />has been had and a hearing held before the Planning Commission <br />of the City of Excelsior on September 10, 1984, and the council <br />of the City of Excelsior has received the recommendation of the <br />Planning Commission in regard to the application, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application and <br />the interests of the public and other matters involving such <br />requested use; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />ity of Excelsioi that a conditional use is hnrphv arr.nrfari rCity of Excelsioi that a conditional use is hereby granted to <br />authorize the property described as <br />Lots 1 through 8, Wilcox Subdivision <br />Lot 62 and part of Lot 64, Auditor's <br />Subd. 120 <br />to be used as a bed and breakfast inn limited to a facility of <br />not more than 10 guest rooms, .subject, however, to the following <br />terms and conditions: <br />1. That there be a minimum of 13 spaces made available fo <br />parking cars on the property. <br />2. No exterior changes are to be made to the building. <br />3. Off-building signage shall be limited to 25 square feet <br />and on-building signage shall be limited to 100 square inches. <br />4. Kitchen facilities may be maintained on the premises. <br />. second building located on the premises may be con <br />tir.ued to be used as a residence dwelling.
