Maximum of eight (8) bedrooms to be used for guests of <br />the Inn. <br />Maximum of sixteen (16) guests per day. <br />No children under twelve (12) years of age will be allowed. <br />No pets allowed. <br />No liquor to be sold to or consumed by guests on the premises. <br />Wee)cend guests required to stay two (2) nights. <br />Breal<fast served only to paying guests of the Inn. <br />No other uses or functions such as wedding receptions <br />permitted. <br />On-site parking with numbered parking spaces will be provided <br />Vegsunds and employees shall park in the carriage house. <br />No additional exterior lights will be added. <br />An identification sign of the size and type approved by the <br />City and permitted by the City Ordinances will be provided. <br />The Conditional Use Permit shall be reviewed annually. <br />Either a member of the Vegsund family or a comparable person <br />would be on site at all times for the purpose of managing the <br />facility. <br />i <br />■ ‘j <br />'"I
