Entrance deck (north side) is proposed at 9 ’ x 10’ where original propt)saI showed <br />it at 7’ X 10’. Why is there a need to return to the 9 ’ x 10’ entrance deck? <br />B. The front walkway is shown at 135 s.f. where in Application #1822 it was <br />proposed at 72 s.f. Note back walkway has been reduced to 105 s.f. in the <br />current proposal and in Application #1822 was shown at 159 s.f. Applicant <br />should be asked if entrance deck can be reduced to 7’ x 10’ and if front walk can <br />be reduced to 72 s.f. This would result in a reduction of 83 s.f. or 1% of total <br />hardcover now amended at 28.5%. <br />Other Considerations <br />Any condition of approval must contain the condition that hardcover improvements <br />scheduled for removal must be completed prior to the footing inspection before new <br />construction. Note Exhibit G. the proposed site plan shows drainage being directed to east side <br />yard where an existing drainageway drains to the lake. Applicant shall create drainage swale <br />directing drainage to existing drainageway. Applicant shall provide a detailed grading and <br />drainage plan for staff to review at the time of the issuance of a building permit. <br />Isv
