All Salaries, fringe benefits, overtime. <br />3. All costs of equipment and apparatus acquisition and <br />maintenance. <br />4. All non-prosecution consulting fees. <br />5. Holiday and severance pay <br />6. Unemployment benefits paid <br />7. Utilities. <br />8. Telephone Service <br />9. Gasoline and oil for police cars <br />10. Books and periodicals. <br />11. Wearing apparel. <br />12. Officer -_quipment. <br />13. Rental costs or estimated fair market rental value of <br />building. <br />14.
