•f* <br />§ 9.34 <br />B. The Chief of each Fire Department, or his <br />authorized representative, within the Fire Service District of said <br />Fire Department. The Fire Chief shall reta i n primary <br />responsibility and authority for determining response to fire calls <br />and for fire scene command. <br />C. The Chief of the Police Department or his <br />officers. The Police Chief shall be responsible for coordinating <br />enforcement policy and activities between the respective ire <br />Service Districts and between the Fire Chiefs and the Building <br />Official. <br />D. The Building Official or his authorized <br />representative. The Building Official shall be responsible for <br />coordinating enforcement of the Fire Code with enforcement ot the <br />State Building Code and the T.oning Chapter of the City Code. <br />Subd. 5. Permits and Fees. <br />A. Wherever the Fire Code or this Section requires <br />a permit, applications for said permit shall be made to the Bui - <br />ing Official with all information required, and payment of a per mic <br />application fee as fixed and determined in accordance with city <br />Code Section 1.05. Application fees shall be non-refundable. <br />B.
