3. Portions of the dedicated drainage and utility easements as it currently exists <br />would serve no public purt)ose. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition of Paul R. Phillips and <br />Orono Woodlands Inc., is hereby granted by the Council of the City of Orono and that the <br />drainage and utility easements legally described above are hereby vacated.
