The existing attached garage <br />is located 27 ’ 3 ‘ from street setback line. The addition will be placed at the same setback. <br />Major structural portions of the existing single stall garage will be saved during the <br />reconstruction. The foundation and floor of the existing gange will be replaced as it is in a <br />.serious state of disrepair and can no longer be used for the storag • of cars. <br />The enclosed approval resolution has been drafted per the Planning Commission <br />recorn mendat ion .
