Mabusth, Building & Zoning Administrator <br />August 10, 1993 <br />SUBJECT: /^1844 Ken Hopkins, 65/75 P'emdale Green - Subdivinon of a Lot Line <br />Rearrangement - Public Hearing <br />Applicant proposes a lot line rearrangement for equal exchange of land between Outlot <br />A and Lot 2 of Fairway Hills Addition in order to complete grading plans for berm and <br />placement of driveway as approved in the plat of Fairway Hills. Applicant was to install a berm <br />and plantings along southeast side of Outlot A and Lot 1 providing a sound and visual buffer for <br />the future residential development. The driveway outlot must be expanded at southwest end if <br />drive is to reach I.x)t 1 and also allow tor a 3:1 sloped berm. <br />Pertinent Ordinances <br />Section 11.03, Subd. 2 - Detlnitions. Definition 66 A, Class I Subdivision. <br />The subdivision will involve the creation of an utility and access easement over the <br />portion of Lot 2 to be included within driveway Outlot A. If berms at 3:1 slopes and an access drive are to lx achieved, it will be <br />necessary to take additional area at the southwest comer ot Lot 2 to bring access to Lot 1.
