The driveway outlet. Outlet A. <br />was to provide adequate room for a benn and access drive In an attempt to save a mature tree <br />and to meet a desired height for the berm providing the necessary sound and visual buffer from <br />adjacent Ilichway 12. the drive had to be moved northward encroaching into Lot 2. The <br />subdivision proposes the equal exchange ot some 800.4 s.t. of dry buildable area to be taken <br />from Outlet A and Lot 2. Lot 2 remains with two acres ot dry contiguous land. <br />Planning Commission RecommeiKlafion <br />The Planning Comir>ission recommended unanimous approval of the proposed lot line <br />rearrangement subject to the c> editions forth in the engineer’s reprirt of August 6, 1993, <br />Exhibit 1, and other conditions set fonh by stall. The enclosed resolution has been drafted for <br />Council ’s review and action. <br />Isv
