MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO COUNCIL MEETING <br />HELD AUGUST 23, 1993 <br />CITY ATTORNEY’S REPORT <br />(#16) EASEMENT ACQUISITION <br />City Attorney Staunton explained that the last easement for the Stubbs Bay project <br />Gerhardson added this amount is in line with other easements obtained for the project. <br />Staunton asked for a closed Executive Session regarding ongoing litigation <br />Hurr asked if the survey had been sent out. Mabusth did not have final consents from the <br />Planning Commission.
