The <br />City limited applicant’s first pemiit to 100,000 cubic yards but fill was never received under the <br />first pennit. The second application came in for 10,000 cubic yards and the conditional use <br />permit in effect currently is for 20,000 cubic yards, bill has been received from Stubbs Bay <br />sewer project and also from City ol Wayzata and Watershed District for a recent lake <br />improvement project in Wayzata. Mr. Eisinger is represented by Cliff Reep of GL Contracting, <br />Inc. Mabusth asked when the final cubic yardage would be reached? <br />Reep replied he is not sure when they will complete the total 20,000. <br />Mabusth stated that all of the conditions of the original application will be held <br />Peterson asked if he has always met every prior condition and if there were any problems. <br />Mabusth reported a recent problem a week ago regarding filling of tires but the matter was <br />cleared up. <br />Nolan asked why all the filling. <br />Eisineer explained that he is bringing it up to a usable piece of property in some ways and fixing <br />the drainage. He said a driving range, storage area or playground are some of the possibilities <br />for use. <br />It was moved by Peteisc.i, seconded b> Smith to recommend approval of AppE ation #1852 for <br />Howard Eisinger, 3245 Wayzata Blvd . for the conditional use permit he has requested as long <br />as he continues to meet ail of the conditions met in the p;ist and complies with the City <br />requirements.
