In the 0-75 setback area there exists <br />584 s.f. and applicant proposes 394 s.f. which '■w.'»ults in a reduction in hardcover o! 190 s.f. or <br />3.3%. In the 75-250’ setback area hardco' cr remains at 48%. Total hardcover on the site <br />exists at 34.6% and is proposed at 33.4%. There is an encroachment ol the average lakesh(»re <br />setback line by the existing structure ot 10 ’. The new structure will be 5 in front of that <br />average lakeshore setback line.
