An injector lift station would be needed to make use of the forccmain. and might be installed at the intersection of County Road 15 and Brackett ’s Point Road. laterals would be needed to serve Brackett ’s Point Road. Shoreline Drive. Greentrees Road and Millston Road (the latter two being private roads). 6. Orono Orchards • I'his is a neighborhood located just northeast of the Orono Golf Course on Orono Orchard Road, Smith Avenue and Lyman Avenue • 15 e.xisting residences on small lots, plus an additional 7 homes in close proximity on 2-acre lots. Averatie lot size of 15: 0.9 acre 'W' Ranee and lot sizes of 15: 0.40 acre - 1.75 acre This area is not in the Shoreland Overlay District. Subdivision was created in 1924. System Conditions: • Of 22, 1 system currently failing, 1 other is .showing signs of pending failure. • I mound, 21 trench systems. • 5 systems built in 1983 or later, 17 built prior to 198’’. • 9 of 22 built in 1960 ’s or earlier. • None have been inspected tor 3’ separation conlormity as of yet, but potential for 17 of 22 to be non-conforming. • Possibly half the lots have little or no replacement possibility. Fast Long Lake Road • Area includes 4 homes across frimi Oroiu> s Summit Park Beach on Last Long l.ake Ro.id. • Average lot size: acre. Range in lot sizes: 0.5 acre - 1.1 acre. • All 4 arc in Shoreland Overlay District. System Condition s; •"^Systems of varying ages, nu)st recent had drainfield addition in 1978. • All 4 arc trench systems pttientially not meeting 3’ separation. • 2 of 4 had minor surface discharge in 1992. • Alternate site availability has not been investigated.
