Correcti<m of stopping distances on Tows 3 and 6.
2. Installation of operator's stations which can view and control the
entire lengidi of all tows.
3. Review of signing for confoimity.
4. Removal of brush and other tow line obstructions.
5. Maintenance of fencing and chalet access in good repair.
Ihe applicant feels that the installation of operator stations are not necessary.
I'm enclosing a copy of the letter from Mr. Bcmer confirming their view. He
indicates that the ANSI standards provide for exceptions. If this is true, I
believe the i^plicant should submit certification of an exception or variance
from the qualified inspector or his agency.
1 have not received the application for a Conditional Use Permit for Phase II as
of March 31, 1977.
John F.
