The following list of final submittals must be submitted to <br />the Zoning Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly scheduled <br />Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of the month: <br />1 Record plat drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies <br />and one (1) copy reduced to 1" = 200'. Drawing to <br />include: <br />A. Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by Mark S. <br />Gronberg of Coffin and Gronberg, Inc. dated 1-18- <br />90, revised 8-12-93. <br />Dirainageway that flows to northeast that intersects <br />Lot 1 shall be designated at a 15' width drainage <br />easement. <br />C. Wetland area to the west of the OHWL of French Lake <br />shall be shown as drainage easements on the final <br />plat. <br />D. Designation of wetland within Outlot A at southwest <br />corner of plat. <br />E. Dedication and designation of drainage and utility <br />easements along west lot line to include MWCC sewer <br />lines as shown on engineer's sketch included as <br />Exhibit I of current review. <br />F Dedication of drainage and utility easements 10' <br />wide along all perimeter property lines. Please <br />note that along the west lot line where utility <br />easement is not shown, there must be a minimum of <br />10' along the entire west lot line. <br />G. Designation of sewage lagoon pond and French Lake <br />southern basin within Outlot A. <br />2. Legal documents required: <br />A.
