Applicant asks <br />that he be allowed to keep the plastic in this area to protect lower level from drainage problems <br />as he reports they were very severe until the plastic was installed. Area 8 at 51.9 s.t. affects <br />the bedrooms on the southeast side of residence as runotf from garage root drains directly into <br />this area. The enclosed resolution ha*- been drafted per the Planning Commission’s <br />recommendation.
