This site will <br />provide quick and easy access to all of the city’s external, public-facing applications. All public-facing <br />applications that are created will be included on this site. <br /> <br />Task 5 – Backup Manager for ArcGIS Online Implementation <br />Bolton & Menk will facilitate the implementation of Backup Manager for ArcGIS Online within the City of <br />Orono’s ArcGIS Online organization. Backup Manager provides the ability to backup your web maps and <br />hosted feature services in a secondary cloud environment, separate from ESRI’s ArcGIS Online cloud <br />storage. This will provide the City of Orono data recovery options in the event of a deletion or data <br />error. <br /> <br />Backup Manager for ArcGIS Online is a third-party solution provided by North Point Geographic <br />Solutions and all licensing fees will be paid directly to North Point Geographic Solutions. Current rates <br />are based on maximum backup storage and are listed below: <br /> <br />Up to 5GB: $689 annually <br />Up to 500GB: $1,149 annually <br />Up to 2TB: $1,725 annually <br /> <br />Estimated Project Cost <br />Compensation for this project is based on estimates provided by resellers and our hourly rates. All <br />software purchases will be made by City of Orono directly through Esri. Any additional professional GIS <br />support requested by the City of Orono and outside the scope of this proposal will be performed at our <br />regular hourly fee schedule. <br /> <br />Task 1 – ArcGIS Online Implementation $1,700.00 <br />Task 2 – Existing Data Migration $6,200.00 <br />Task 3 – ArcGIS Web App Builder Deployment – Internal Apps $9,800.00 <br />Task 4 – ArcGIS Web App Builder Deployment – External Apps $5,400.00 <br />Task 5 – Backup Manager for ArcGIS Online Implementation $1,700.00 <br /> <br />Total Cost $24,800.00 <br /> <br />We appreciate the opportunity to provide you with this proposal for services.
