The addition is out of the <br />75' lakeshore protected area but upon site inspection would <br />appear to encroach the average lakeshore setback line. The <br />lagoon shoreline is considered lakeshore and new construction is <br />subject to Section 10.22 Subd. 1(B). The encroachment is slight <br />and certainly has no sight impact on neighbor to the east based <br />on location of Johnson's house in relation to house on the east <br />and location of large arborvitaes on east side of patio that <br />provide year round screening. The most affected neighbor on west <br />has written a letter thoroughly in support of the proposal, <br />exhibit D.
