We would recom <br />mend that provisions be made for a permanent separate access to lot 2. <br />The existing driveway access can be used as long as this remains a two lot <br />subdivision. An easement should be provided to lot 2 over lot 1. The exist <br />ing driveway access point is not desirable for more than two lots because of <br />the alignment at Orono Orchard Road. <br />The future subdivision of lot two should require that a separate access be <br />provided as shown on the attached plan.
