Smith for a <br />Lot Line Rearrangement _ _ <br />Dear Jean: <br />I am one of the attorneys representing Cedric and Marion <br />Dettloff who own the portion of the subject property shown as <br />the "Dettloff Parcel" on the map which I have attached to this <br />letter. Mr. Dettloff and his wife are in favor of th.e Lot Line <br />Rearrangement referred to above provided that the City not <br />require that they grant an easement in favor of the Smith <br />Parcel any wider than the width of the existing driveway which <br />benefits the Smith Parcel and which is located upon the <br />Dettloff Parcel. I am aware that at sometime in the future, <br />should the then owner of the Smith Parcel wish to further <br />subdivide its land, a more extensive easement may be required <br />by the City.
