rI <br />k; <br />y '« <br />i <br />L_t <br />Parking Lot - Parking area for the exlcujive use of the daytime <br />customer parking of an adjacent authorized use. The properties <br />shall not be divided by a public right-of-way and shall be <br />legally combined under single ownership. The parking lot must <br />have direct access to a public road. A 10 feet wide buffer of <br />natural screening, preferably evergreens, shall be planted along <br />all sides of the parking area adjacent to residential used or <br />) <br />zoned properties. A fence, not to exceed 3 h feet in height. <br />shall be installed around the entire parking area just to the <br />inside of the landscape buffer with a device/barrier to control <br />access when lot is closed to public during non-daytime hours. <br />The lot shall be used solely for the parking of passenger <br />vehicles (having a capacity of not more than nine persons per <br />vehicle). Trucks, boats, trailers, and other motorized or non- <br />motorized vehicles shall not be parked or stored in the lot. <br />Overnight parking is not allowed. Design standards for the <br />parking area shall be determined by the principal use served <br />except that signage shall not exceed a 3 feet height. <br />4
