Access to site and parking areas have been greatly improved <br />with proposed single structure making for a more efficient use of <br />the severely limited land area. <br />The following conditions apply to this approval: <br />1. Parking areas to be paved and stalls designated. <br />2. Drainage and storm water runoff treatment to be installed at <br />time of the restoration of the eroding shoreline. <br />3. Existing dock section located above the 929.4 through 931 <br />elevation to remain - owner to apply for building permit with <br />penalty fee. <br />4. Applicant to execute a developer's agreement and post letter <br />of credit to insure the following improvements are installed: <br />a) Drainage/surface water treatment plan. <br />b) Paving of parking area. <br />c) Erosion control installation during construction phase. <br />/ i"m. <br />r
