This court is shown 15’ from <br />the sideline and will be constructed with a raised deck, approx-^ <br />imately 2h' to 3' off the ground. In addition to this there <br />will be a 10' fence around the deck. In addition to the fence <br />there will be 3 light standards on each side of the court, ap~ <br />proximately 10' to 12' in height. These lights will be directed <br />inward to the court. <br />The proponent agrees that there will be no play on the court after <br />10 P.M. in the evening. <br />WOOD DECK <br />The proponent proposes to build a wood deck on the south side of <br />the house. This deck will be built within one to two steps of the <br />ground. <br />SWIMMING PCX)L <br />The proposed site plan shows a swimming pool and surrounding <br />concrete deck. It has not been determined at this time if there <br />will be a fence around the pool, however, if such a fence is <br />built it will not exceed 3*6" in height. <br />§ <br />RM/nran <br />Attach .
