The new garage will be no closer to the side street (Navarre <br />Avenue) than the existing garage. The proposed garage will be 5' from the <br />south side lot line# requiring a variance# but is still approximately 1.7' <br />further from the lot line than the existing garage. The 1' proposed <br />overhang will leave the drip line within applicant's property. <br />The neighboring affected property owner, Lupe Gomez# has submitted a <br />letter of non-objection to the proposal. <br />Variances needed to accomplish the current project are as follows: <br />1.
