Those areas are hereby <br />designated as Part VIII (Crystal Bay Sewer Service Area) and Part <br />IX (PulBer property). <br />Resolution #2437 adopted Nay 23, 1988 established and <br />described by map additional properties to be included within <br />Orono's MOSA/NSSR, in two distinct areas hereby designated as <br />Part X (western portion Highway 12 Study Corridor) and Part XI <br />(eastern portion Highway 12 Study Corridor). <br />Part XVI, Stubbs Bay, was established via Resolution #3153 <br />adopted August 10, 1992 as Conprehensive Plan Anendsient No. 4, <br />which received Met Council approval on July 23, 1992. <br />Proposed Revisions of MUSA/MSSR <br />The following additions to the MUSA/MSSR are hereby <br />proposed! <br />Fart XII includes 20 properties along North Shore Drive <br />and South Old Crystal Bay Road which were served with <br />smnicipal sewer either in 19€3 (adjacent to original Orono <br />trunk line) or which were part of the North Shore/Scotch <br />Pine Lane project in 1981. Area includes Suburban Hennepin <br />Regional Park District’s Noerenberg Park. Total area of <br />Part XII is 140 acres. <br />Part XIII consists of the 3-acre residential lot <br />located at 650 North Brown Road, which the City allowed to <br />connect into the adjacent City of Long Lake sewer systee in <br />1986. <br />Part XIV contains approxisMte ly 4 <br />existing 'Maysata System Extension', which was <br />2-acre single family residential lots in 1991. <br />adjacent to the <br />platted into two <br />Part XV is a 24-acre tract within Orono adjacent to and <br />owned by the City of Long Lake. This parcel is subject to a <br />settlement agreement pursuant to a petition for the <br />concurrent detachment aad annexation of the property filed <br />.
