Both potential buyers and real estate agents have been <br />concerned with how the space and privacy would be impacted by a home being <br />constructed next door. They feel that the area is too small to accomodate another <br />structure. <br />Since there have been reoccuring negative reactions to the proposed building site <br />and subsequent loss of privacy, it is my opinion that the granting of these variances <br />has and win continue to negatively affect the value and marketability of your <br />property. <br />QtSl
