This lot was platted recently as Lot 3, Block 1 of Woodhill Ridge. At <br />subdivision, the building envelope approved was iri the <br />easterly half of the lot, about 65* in depth and just over 20fD* in <br />width (see Exhibit P). <br />2. The property owner and his architect initially requested ?ront <br />setback variance to allow construction of a new residence <br />approximately 20* from the front lot line. They have additionally <br />revised that request to ask for a variance to the 26' wetland seti:)ack <br />in order to construct the house slightly further west on the propAirty <br />and apparently decrease the required* front yard setback.
