X have enclosed a copy of Glenn Cook’s letter regarding his recommendations for the current review. We have also enclosed a copy for Mr. Gannon's consideration. Once again, it is important to make sure that Mr. Gannon accompanies you at the October 3rd Planning Commission meeting. We know this review has been delayed, but we hope to get eveigirthing finalized so that the Planning Commission can make their formal recommendation for action.
