This prelim­ <br />inary plat for the coneideration <br />of the Planning Commiaaion shall <br />be filed with the Village Engineer <br />or Planning CommisaioB not laaa <br />than five days in edvanee of a <br />regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission to allow sufficient <br />time for review, study and a <br />recommendation pertaining to <br />this plat, at the next regular <br />meeting. <br />Whenever posaible, it ia dasir* <br />able that the prelimin^ plat be <br />accompanied by a written state ­ <br />ment specifying the intentions of <br />the owner respecting the pro­ <br />posed character of the develop­ <br />ment, deed restrictiona, drainaga, <br />parks and playgrounds and the <br />intended date of beginning devel­ <br />opment.
