Applicant has asked that Council consider his original proposal that would <br />seek a 1* setback variance for the expansion of the building envelope of the principal structure <br />along the right side lot line and a 4 ’ side setback variance for the second story access stairs. <br />Mr. Goodyear also for consideration concerning the proposed alterations reduction of <br />the footprint of the original boathouse. In a recent meeting with applicant, Mr. Goodyear <br />advised that the privacy fence that blocked access to the property has b<^ removed. Members <br />are also cautioned to not use the lake access stairs because of the unsafe condition.
