S. <br />r means me lepresemea unu wi ^wyiniun^n* .w ••— <br />>, county and federal agencies, including but not limited to National Park Service, U. 5. <br />Forest Service, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and Army Corps of En^neers. <br />EXOTIC SPECIES MONITORING means inspection of watercraft for harmful exotic sped^ensunng <br />to Minnesota's waters, distribution of ivritten materials and exotic alert tags, collectton of <br />information and data necessaiy to evaluate: the spread of exotic species, the effect of pubiM wareness, <br />the response of recreational watercraft users to the project, and other pertinent research infor^tion. <br />PUBLIC WATER ACCESS means any public area desigiuted for the primary purpose of launching <br />and exidiig watercraft to an adjacent body of water. <br />2. PERMISSION TO ENTER: <br />•1110 ______________________gives permission to enter and occupy, for the purpose <br />of Exotic Monitoring, all public water ao^^^dministered by <br />MmdsSon trough its empkr- rei authorized volunteers.
