Public Works Director <br />MAY 1 0 1993 <br />DATE:May 6, 1993 <br />SUBJECT: T^kg Access Monitoring - Department of Naniral Resources <br />Recently the City of Orono received a request from the Department of Natural Resources <br />to conduct a monitoring program for inspection of watercraft for Eurasioan Water Milfoil, Zebra <br />Musseb, etc. at a City boat launch area. <br />The biwt ifnnrh area is the access off Loma Linda onto North Arm Bay. The amount <br />of rime for monitArit^ will depend on the amount of activity at the access. However, in order <br />for them to conduct the program, they need a permit from the City. <br />1 have attached the pertinent information regarding this program <br />* '• .<
