A second story will be installed over the existing single story reside^ <br />with a two-story expansion along right side, refer to Exhibits I and J. Proposed reconstruction <br />of the seasonal cabin will require side setback variances. Note left side is located 4.06’ from <br />north side lot line. On the right side, the existing smicture is located 11’. The new addition <br />will be 9* requiring a ! ’ setback variance. Applicant proposes the removal of the shed located <br />2’ from the north side lot line. In addition the applicant has proposed so^tural almratioiis of <br />the boathouse reducing the structure from 25.5’ x 11.5’ to 13’ x 11.5’ with a lakeside deck 6 <br />X 11.5’. The proposed alteration will result in reduction of hardcover within the 0-75 ’ setback <br />area. <br />It is customary for the Building staff to review all structures located within the lakeshore <br />setback area proposed for major structural alteration. The applicant has clauned that the <br />structure is strucmrally sound. The Building staff reports that the structure has a limited
