This application was reviewed as Zoning File#08-3362.
2. The Property is approximately 0.65 acre in area and 112 feet in width.
3. The Property is occupied by the City's Navarre water tower and water
treatment facility as well as a srnall park. Because of the limited size of the water treatment facility, there is no
location for the generator within the fenced area.
5. The City Council has considered this application including the findings and
recommendation of the Planning Commission, reports by City staff, comments
by the applicant and the public, and the effect of the proposed conditional use
permit and variance on the health, safety and welfare of the community.
6. The City Council finds that the conditions existing on this property are peculiar
to it and do not apply generally to other property in this zoning district; that
granting the variance would not adversely affect traffic conditions, light, air
nor pose a fire hazard or other danger to neighboring property; would not
Page 2 of 4
