Each lot contains at least 1.5 to 2.0 acres with slopes at 6% or <br />flatter. This should allow for development of mound-type septic <br />systems which are anticipated to be necessary on most of the lots, <br />to high water table soils. <br />2, Soil types on the property, according to the soil survey, include <br />extensive areas mapped as Hamel loam, Kilkenny loam and clay loam, and <br />lesser areas of Lester, Lerdal, and LeSeur soils.
