They propose to excavate the northwesterly end of that <br />wetland to create a pond approximately 120* in length and about 60* in <br />width, or about 1/4 of the wetland area. <br />The grading plan indicates that spoils will be placed along the east <br />and south sides of the existing driveway. <br />The applicants' designer has calculated the cut and fill volumes, each <br />at about 1,000 cubic yards, hence it is unlikely that any significant <br />£unounts of fill will enter or leave the site.
