On January 27* 1988* a permit was Issued to permit <br />the remodeling of the lower level/basement area but it specified that the <br />kitchen was not to be installed until the appropriate conditional use <br />permit had been approved by the City Council for the second dwelling unit. <br />As newly amended Section 10.20* Subdivision 3 (G) sets forth* access to the <br />*PA^bment has been provided through the principal structure. Note access <br />is through an unfinished utility area. Exterior access is provided to the <br />outside via the west side of the house. Scaff would note that the primary <br />access would appear more to be via the exterior access in this application. <br />The applicants request the use of this apartment for a full-time <br />babysitter. In reviewing the site plan* we note the potential for <br />expansion to a two—bedroom unit.
