Access to the dumpster <br />will be before operating hours, therefore, will not affect the traffic flow <br />during business hours. <br />Building Plans; <br />The existing structure is 18'x36' (or 648 s.f.) with a new addition of <br />57.5 s.f. on the west side of the structure. The exterior will be changed <br />to brick and glass which meets the requirements of Orono Municipal Code <br />Section 10.44, Subdivision 6 (G). <br />Fire Code Review* <br />20' lanes must be provided per the Uniform Fire Code. Entrance must <br />be a minimum of 20' wide.
