However, I wanted ro c^firn the <br />specifics with you to verify our previous verbal discutiion. <br />The Mwcc will aove the designed location of a pniaping atation fror th# <br />County Road SI right-of-way onto the far southwest corner of your 1st <br />to the east of Maxwell Bay Marine in order to cause the least iirpict <br />to your business investment. Presently, Jerry (ioodwin is paricing large <br />boats in that area. In ord^r to accomplish this design change, our <br />engineering consultants have to survey the corner and take one soil <br />boring. <br />As previously discussed, the MhCC will proceed vitn the property <br />acquisition nf approxiiaately 3000 square feet as fee title purchase <br />and 1200 square feet as a permanent access easement across the <br />existing gravel goad. The project appraiser, Vince Wharton of HcReniie <br />Metro Appraisals, should be in contact witn yc*i In about one month. <br />The MWCC will coordinate the tenant reguiresients with the project <br />negotiator, Stuart Storm of Von Klug and Associates, Inc. <br />I tnans you for taking the time last week to discuss this issue with <br />us and hope that your wife is doing better after her surgery. <br />Please feel free to call me if you have any questions.
