Finally, on April 27. 1988 a meeting <br />was held with Mr. Jerry Toberaan. %rho is in the process of acquiring <br />the property by contract for deed from Rita M. Straley (see attached <br />5/6/88 letter and 5/11/88 aemorandum). With future business develop­ <br />ment in mind. Mr. Toberman asked that we locate the lift station in <br />the farthest southwest corner, as represented on the revised plan <br />sheets and surveys. <br />It would be detriokental to the necessary project schedule if this <br />proposed design is not accepted by the City of Orono.
