Mabusth, Building & Zoning Administrator <br />DATE:November 16. 1994 <br />SUBJECT: #1985 Bruce Bren Homes. 1000 Cox 1-arm Road - Conditional Use Permit <br />Public Hearing <br />Total area 3+ acres <br />Zoning District: RR-IB, requiring 2 acres of dry contiguous land. <br />Pertinent Ordinances <br />Section 10.56 - Property is also located w .;»in a shoreland area. Dickey L^e has been <br />classified as a natural environment lake. Proposed structure meets all setback requirements from <br />the natural environment lake. <br />Section 10 03 Subd. 21 - A building pemit application has been referred to the zoning <br />department as filling activities were found to be over the 100 cubic yards allowed with a building <br />permit. Original plans proposed 450 cubic yards of fill.
