Drainage is to the northeast comer. <br />Location of possible wetlands must be verified with <br />D.N.R., Corps of Engineers and Department of <br />Agriculture. <br />Preliminary borings have been taken indicating <br />poor soils on site area defined in diagram and ad­ <br />equate soil at the higher elevations suggesting <br />building to be built into the grade at northwest por ­ <br />tion of the site. <br />Site not currently serviced with water and sewer <br />utilities.
